The LIFE ZEUS project initiated by MONIN in Bourges, France, represents a major step forward in the sustainable management of water resources.
Supported by the European Union’s LIFE programme, this project aims to achieve ‘zero liquid discharge’ by reusing industrial water from production processes.
With an investment of €4 million, this project demonstrates the technical and economic feasibility of a circular model that recovers effluent and saves 40,000 m3 of water a year.
