RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Lead and align the international HR team to provide the best possible support to the Bürkert regions in realizing business requirements
- Sharpen the role of the Regional HR Partner to create added value through professional HR work
- Further develop professional HR work by harmonizing and standardizing roles, structures and processes
- Promote a common alignment within the team and implement the global HR vision, mission and strategy
- Proactive and trusting cooperation and operational support for the Regional Directors across the entire employee life cycle
- Close cooperation with the Corporate HR functions in the (further) development of company-wide HR solutions
- Promote a positive corporate culture in which cooperation based on partnership, open communication and diversity are lived values
REQUIREMENTS:
- University degree with several years of professional experience - ideally in a similar position and in an international environment
- Strong communication skills, empathy and a good feeling for people and cultures
- Binding behaviour, a high level of personal responsibility and a team-, solution- and implementation-oriented way of working
- Ability to take on other perspectives, to inspire and to organise cross-departmental collaboration effectively
- Very good level of German and English and willingness to travel
