Product information


Question: Can I configure a valve island?
Answer: Currently there is no online configurator, you can find our valve islands here. Also you can contact our sales department. We would be pleased to advise you.


Question: How can I find products on the website?
Answer: Using the search function (type or article search) by typing in a Bürkert type or article or by using the navigation in "Products & Application".


Question: How to find spare and wear parts?
Answer: Visit the “spare and wear parts” page and follow the instructions.


Question: Where can I find the datasheets for a Bürkert product?
Answer: Type in your Bürkert product type (eg. 6213) within the search function. There you will find a filter for "Downloads" or you can go to the “Type Detail Page” where you will find a download section with all related documents for your product.


Question: Where can I find manuals for a Bürkert product?

Question: Where can I find the Communicator Software?
Answer: Type in your Communicator-supported Bürkert-type (i. e. 8741) within the search-function and enter the type-detail-page. There you have a download section where you will find the Communicator-software for your product.

Answer: Approvals of certified products can be found on the website of the relevant institution:

Question: Why do I have to accept the Cookies?

Question: Can I buy products online?
Answer: Yes, you can order products easily using our eShop once you are registered. To do so please register yourself.

Question: How can I register for the eShop?
Answer: You can register for the eShop using the LogIn button at the top right hand corner of the website. If you are an already an existing Bürkert customer, you can register quickly and simply by entering your customer number and any invoice number. If you are not yet a Bürkert customer, then please sign in as a new customer.


Question: Why can´t I order anything yet, I am already logged in?
Answer: If you are still unable to order after you have fully activated your customer account (including setting your password), please contact us. We will try to solve the problem as soon as possible and apologize for the inconvenience!


Question: Where can I see or update my personal information (e.g. password)?
Answer: You´ll find prices, delivery notes, invoices, contacts etc. in main the navigation point „My Burkert“.


Question: How do I use the search function?
Answer: You can enter your article number or type number directly into the search box or type in a particular search term. After entering the third character, an autocompletion result will appear, providing your search keyword or phrase is available. You can then select the required item or description from the options provided.


Question: Is it possible to place a quick order?
Answer: The “Quick Order Form” is a fast and simple way to fill your basket if you already know the Bürkert article (part) number. You need to be registered online to use this function.
